Players will undoubtedly have hundreds of encounters with hostile creatures inAtelier Yumia: The Alchemist of Memories & the Envisioned Land. Naturally, some will be tougher to take down than others, but both can damage the player and their party. It is important to understand how to heal inAtelier Yumia, not only outside of battle but also during.
Healing in and outside of battle is completely different, so gamers should know how to do both. This guide will show players how to heal Yumia and her squad in order to prevent their health from reaching zero.
How to Heal Midbattle in Atelier Yumia
Woodland Remedy is the second Synthesis recipe that players will learn inAtelier Yumia, and it’s extremely useful, as it allows players to heal midbattle.
To craft Woodland Remedy, players must head to the Atelier and interact with the Memory Recall Station inside to perform a Synthesis. Here, they will want to select the Woodland Remedy recipe.To make Woodland Remedy inAtelier Yumia, players need Tall Taun to activate the Effects Alchemy Core or Fresh Spring Water to activate the Traits Alchemy Core.
Tall Taun is an abundant plant in the Ligneus Region, and Fresh Spring Water can be obtained by taking down Green Puni, a common enemy found in meadows.
Players make their own Woodland Remedy or select the Auto-Add Ingredients option and select what they would to prioritize.
How to Use Woodland Remedy in Atelier Yumia
Woodland Remedy makes it possible for players to heal Yumia during a battle, instead of having to flee or wait for it to end to bandage themselves up. However, it won’t be available unless players slot it into Yumia’s Support Items tab.
To add Woodland Remedy to Yumia’s inventory during battle, gamers must go to the Atelier so they have access to all of their stored items, open the Pause menu, select Strategy, and thenadd the Woodland Remedy to Yumia’s Equipped slots in the Support Items tab.
The Atelier is afast travel location inAtelier Yumia, so gamers shouldn’t have much trouble reaching it.
Once players have added the Woodland Remedy to their Support Item slots, they cantake advantage of this recipe in battle by pressing the Defend/Heal button and then selecting the item that they would like to use.
How to Heal Outside of Battle in Atelier Yumia
If players don’t have any Woodland Remedy, they won’t be able to heal midbattle. In this case, they will have to resort to healing items that can only be used in the overworld.
InAtelier Yumia, players can heal outside of battle by opening the Simple Synthesis menu and crafting a Basic Bandage. To craft a Basic Bandage, players need 3 Water and 5 Fiber. The first is granted when collecting Sprint Water orClean Water inAtelier Yumia, and the second is obtained when gathering plants.
