As another week rolls in for Supercell’sClash Royale, a fresh event called Evolutions Mayhem has arrived. This one is super exciting, letting you stack up multiple evolution cards in your deck instead of the usual one or two.
Of course, your opponent gets to pick evo cards, too, making battles even wilder. With allthe evolution cards added in recent updates, this event provides the perfect chance to test out ones you might not have used before. For those unsure, here are some of thebest Evolutions Mayhem decks inClash Royale.
Best Decks For The Evolutions Mayhem Event In Clash Royale
Evolutions Mayhem is a limited-time event inClash Royale. In this event, you’ll build an eight-card deck — sometimes using only evolution cards, while other times mixing in a few regular ones, too. Luckily, there are around 30 evolved cards in the game, including ground troops like Barbarians and the newly added Evolved Hunter. So, there are plenty of options to choose from.
If you manage to win a match, you’ll earn some seasonal tokens, which can beexchanged for Magic Items, Evolution Shards, Card Upgrades, Coins, and more. Alongside this event, players can also join the Evolutions Mayhem Challenge, offering a special banner as a reward.
Here are the best eight and four evo decks to help you take out your opponent inClash Royale’sEvolutions Mayhem event:
Evo Royal Recruits
Seven Elixir
If the Evolutions Mayhem event demands a deck ofall eight evo cards, you can go with the aforementioned one. The strategy here is simple — start bydeploying single-target troopslike Royal Recruits or P.E.K.K.A., even if your opponent takes the lead. P.E.K.K.A. deals massive damage to both ground troops and towers, and its evolution makes it even more powerful. However, due to its high Elixir cost, it’s best to let it recharge while using support troops like Valkyrie and Hunter.
Zap and Skeletons are great for defense, asthey can distract or weaken enemy attackersbefore your tower army finishes them off. Since they have a low Elixir cost, you can summon them instantly when loaded. Wizard is especially useful against air units like Electro Dragon, Baby Dragon, and Balloon, while Barbarians serve as solid support. Lastly, if your opponent plays Skeleton Army, Valkyrie (evolved or not) can clear the swarm with ease, except against evolved Skeletons.
Evo Valkyrie
Four Elixir
When the round starts, drop a heavy hitter like Mega Knight or P.E.K.K.A. andthen back it up with Dark Goblinand Musketeer. Thiscombo puts pressure on one sidewhile your fraggers keep chipping away at the enemy.
If your opponent pushes on the other bridge, throw in Valkyrie, Hunter, or any other ground troop. For air units, Firecracker is your best bet since Musketeer and Dark Goblin might be tied up elsewhere (use them or their evolved versions if available). Keep tossing Goblin Barrel at a weakened tower to break through the other kingdom, then go for the King Tower with it.
Executioner
Five Elixir
This deck is perfect for the Evolutions Mayhem event that requires afour-evo-card setup. It’s built around ground troops, so your strategy matters a lot. Try pairing Evo Barbarians with a ranged attacker like Executioner or Evo Wizard for extra support. Night Witch is great for killing enemies with Bats, andElixir Golem works as a solid tankagainst heavy units and buildings (it splits into smaller troops when defeated).
Berserker helps against swarms and mid-sized troops, while Valkyrie can handle almost anything. Just drop an Evo Cannon on your side of the arena to hit opponents before they reach your towers.
Princess
Three Elixir
If you’re the first mover, begin with a tank and pair it with a long-range support card. From the deck above, you’re able to go with Evo Mega Knight and Firecracker—Mega Knight costs more, but Firecracker is easy to cycle.
Initially, try totake down one of your opponent’s towersso that you may hop over onto their side easily. Use Goblin Barrel, Evo Barbarians, Evo Wizard, and Skeletons to handle duelists and go for the towers. Princess and Witch also work well as support cards.
This deck has low-cost cards that evolve quickly. Start with Little Prince, then throw Inferno Dragon, Witch, and Evo Skeletons for support. If a fast or heavy enemy pushes into your side, hit them with Evo Giant Snowball to freeze or push them back.
Meanwhile, use Princess to finish them off.Keep dropping Evo Goblin Barrelfor tower damage, and place Evo Tesla in the middle of your side for defense.
