This mod works by unlocking all of the research available in skirmish battles, and providing the player with 500k in resources, as the name suggests. This leaves the player free to focus on combat and the tactical situation, and not worry about resources and research.

Great For Watching Fleet Engagements
Homeworld 3has great graphical fidelity, with exceptionally well-designed game maps. Additionally,fleet engagementslook great, with dozens of units involved in a furball in many cases. This means that the game is simply great to watch, but the HUD does take up a lot of the viewport.
The Hide HUD Instantly mod forHomeworld 3does exactly as the name suggests. Simply pressing backspace will hide the HUD entirely, which is perfect for watching large fleet battles, and also very useful for players who want to produce uncluttered screenshots as well.

This is a pretty simple little mod forHomeworld 3, but one that is a great quality of life change. All it does, is raise the number of units a player can field in a scenario, simply by increasing the unit caps by a factor of 10.
The mod works in all game modes including co-op play and skirmish battles. The only downside of having 10 times as many units available in a space battle, is that this can have an impact on older or less capable hardware, so there may be a need to lower graphics settings when using this mod to maintain FPS.

One of the best features ofHomeworld 3is the excellent skirmish battles, which provide a whole lot of replayability once a player has completed the campaign. Most skirmish maps or symmetrical, intended for 1v1 play, for example.
The Waystation (3v3) Skirmish Map mod forHomeworld 3adds an asymmetrical skirmish map, intended to be used for three-way battles. This adds a whole new player of tactical possibilities, such as sitting back and letting the other two fleets slog it out, or two teams attacking one opponent.
3No Fog Of War
Removed Fog Of War Entirely
It must be said, that fog of war and line of sight are major gameplay components inHomeworld 3. Strategic planning and careful exploration are generally advised in most game modes, but especially in skirmish games, where drawing attention from anenemy fleetby accident can be disastrous.
This little mod for Homeworld 3 removes the fog of war entirely for all motherships and carriers, including the new factions that were added as DLC after launch. This simplifies tactical play during battles, by exposing the locations of all enemy units.
2Rebalance
Does As The Name Suggests
Some players have complained about a lack of proper balance inHomeworld 3. And it is true that certain units have far more utility than others, leading to a lack of diversity when putting a new fleet together to tackle a scenario.
The Rebalance mod aims to solve this problem. Each of the factions has been tweaked in this mod, and all units have been rebalanced for damage, range, and speed, which in most cases means these stats have been increased. This would be a great mod to use for a second playthrough of the game.

The Ailos Imperial Task Force mod forHomeworld 3adds an entirely new fleet to the game. This isn’t just a rehash of existing units, the new fleet usescustom modelsand is entirely unique. The mod includes five new powerful ships.
Each of the new ships has been balanced to fit with each game mode, and can be used in the campaign, skirmish, and also the wargame modes. The only slight downside with this cool mod, is that the author does not guarantee it will play nicely with other mods. Even so, having five new ships available is a compelling reason to overlook this.
