Summary
Two Point Museumis the latest title in theTwo Pointseries and puts players in charge of curating and managing exhibits across a range of different themes and settings. Fromdinosaur skeletons and exotic sea creaturesto haunting spirits and alien artifacts, gamers will be tasked with finding, recovering and assembling each item while also ensuring that visitors have their needs met.
The category ofPrehistoric Exhibitsis the first theme that players will become familiar with, and it possesses the largest amount of different items in the game. As a result, it can be difficult to know which exhibits are worth risking one’s money and staff for and which simply aren’t worth the hassle. The following exhibits are the most valuable Prehistoric items inTwo Point Museumand will be sure to enthrall any guests that come across them.
10Phlapadactyl Skeleton
A Precariously Suspended Flying Menace
The Phlapadactyl is one ofthe first skeletons players will unlock, but it also performs very well in terms of Buzz, Knowledge and Entertainment, which is likely to increase donations and positive reviews.
The skeleton parts can be found in Carrion Trail along with the Boa Conductor. While the Phlapadactyl is comprised of four parts rather than the Conductor’s three, it provides additional buzz which makes it one of the better early-game Prehistoric items.
9Hydro-Hyrdasaurus Skeleton
A Monstrous Three-Headed Serpent
The Hydro-Hydrasaurus Skeleton is one of the coolest and most intimidating exhibits in the game, and it will naturally cause guests to need to use a nearby restroom after viewing its fearsome structure and anatomy.
The three-headed beast can be pieced together with parts from Lake Longloss, a relatively treacherous area with plenty of potential risks. These risks can be negated by a moderately experienced team, however, and the Hydro-Hydrasaurus also works great as a connecting piece between Prehistoric and Aquarium exhibits.
8Sharpontops Skeleton
A Beastly Dinosaur With Strong Stats
The Sharpontops Skeleton is one of the first skeleton sets that players will be able to unlock inTwo Point Museum. Its parts can be found in Rib Row, along with the Bouldadillo Skeleton, so it may take several attempts to assemble a complete set of both.
When fully assembled, advertised, and decorated, a pristine Sharpontops can generate almost 80 Buzz, which is a substantial amount considering how early it is unlocked. Overall, it makes a great centerpiece exhibit fornew arrivals to the museumuntil it can eventually be relocated in place of something superior.
7Proto-Computer
A Surprisingly Advanced Piece Of Cave-Man Technology
The Proto-Computer is an impressive piece of prehistoric tech that provides a great amount of Buzz and can be enhanced to exceed 100 in total with perks and marketing. Guests can also interact with this exhibit, providing entertainment value in addition to Buzz and donations.
The exhibit can be discovered by sending expeditions to Stop Beaton & Deadhorse, where it sits alongside the Stone Stereo, Rock Lounge, and the Syrup Tree Botanical specimen.
6Ambered Dinosaur
A Fully-Formed Dinosaur Frozen In Time
The Ambered Dinosaur is a well-preserved specimen and one of the best prehistoric items aside from the skeletons. Like its counterpart, the Ambered Tap-Rex, this Ambered Dinosaur can be found in Old Yolk Dome.
to unlock this location, players will need to be considerably advanced as Prehistoric curators and have a relatively experienced team. Once unlocked, the display can make a great centerpiece or accompanying display to larger exhibits.
5Unihornus Skeleton
A Valuable Long-Necked Exhibit
The Unihornus Skeleton is a large exhibit that provides guests with plenty of Buzz and is likely to draw donations from them, too. However, it is quite difficult to obtain all four parts of its bones, as it shares its location with another large skeleton.
The Unihornus Skeleton parts can be acquired by sending expeditions to Must End, where they are found along with pieces of the Smorgasbordasaurus Skeleton. Having both skeletons in the same location means thatit can take a fair amount of time to complete a full Unihornus set.
4Ambered Egg
An Encased & Ever-Watching Eye
The Ambered Egg is one of the best early items that players can display in their museum and will generate a considerable amount of both Knowledge and buzz, considering it is relatively small and only comprises a single item.
The Egg can be found in the Treacle Ponds area along with the Ambered Giga-Gecko. It can be good to combine this exhibit with perks that increase entertainment or reduce dust, as it already has strong attributes across the board.
3Ambered Tap-Rex
A Huge Interactive Dinosaur Exhibit
The Ambered Tap-Rex is one of the largest and most impressive exhibits that players can come across inTwo Point Museum. Said to be a relative of the Tapraptor, the Tap-Rex will provide a good amount of Knowledge and Buzz.
To retrieve the Ambered Tap-Rex, you will need to send an expedition to Old Yolk Dome. An experienced team is certainly recommended, however, since the area contains hazards ranging from vertical climbs to nests of snakes.
2Tugowaurus Skeleton
A Horrifying Example Of Evolution Gone Awry
The Tugowaurus Skeleton is one of the wildest designs in the game and draws a suitably high amount of Buzz as a result. The two-headed monster comprises five parts in total, making it one of the larger exhibits in the game.
To retrieve the various parts, players will need to send expeditions to the Ginormous Rock location. Unlocking this location will be a challenge in itself, but it is well worth it in order to display this impressive piece.
1Tiarasaurus Rex Skeleton
True Prehistoric Royalty
The Tiarasaurus Rex Skeleton is arguably themost difficult and expensive prehistoric exhibit to assemble. When complete, however, it provides a staggering maximum of 145 Buzz, which puts it head and shoulders above virtually all other exhibits in this category.
To assemble the full skeleton, you will need to unlock the Rex Rock dig site. However, it is very dangerous and will require an experienced team for those looking to venture there as well as the Plant Camouflage supplies. In order to create the Plant Camouflage, you will need to deconstruct botanical exhibits with a Mulch-o-Matic, therefore requiring additional expeditions.
