Assassin’s Creed Shadowsavoids hand-holding and allows players to discover the next objective in a quest, encouraging exploration. Players will have to follow a set of clues to get to the next objective, which will eventually allow them to complete a quest. If exploration becomes too daunting, players canuse scouts to immediately discover the next objective. So, here’s a quick breakdown of how players can find the next objective in a quest without needing to use scouts.
How to Find Quest Objectives without Using Scouts in AC Shadows
When starting a quest, players will be presented with a series of clues that they’ll need to follow to reach the quest objective inAssassin’s Creed Shadows. Mission clues contain three pieces of information that can help players narrow down an area where the next quest objective may lie.
One of the great things about theAC Shadowsmap is that the main regions and their landmarks are already marked on the map, even if you haven’t visited these locations yourself. This makes narrowing down the next quest objective location a lot easier.
Activate Guided Exploration Option
If following the clues is a hassle, and you also don’t want to use the scouts for the next quest objective, then simply turn on theGuided Exploration option inAC Shadows. Players can find this option inside the Gameplay settings, and it can be toggled “on” or “off” at any time.
Using Guided Exploration completelystreamlines finding the next quest objective, similar to olderAssassin’s Creedentries. Although it makes things simpler, it’ll also prevent players from unlocking certain achievements centered around this feature inAssassin’s Creed Shadows.
