Call of Dutyhas already launched a specialVerdansk merch collection to celebrateWarzone’s fifth anniversary, which will take place on March 10, but it looks like even more big news could be on the way. While Activision has already confirmed that Verdansk (the game’s original Battle Royale map) will be returning in Spring 2025, the studio has yet to announce a firm release date. However, given the copious number of leaks and rumors, the map seems to be set to return with the launch of Season 3, which is likely why Activision is referring to the upcoming content update as a “big moment” for the series.
