It’s not easy to build Cantarella inWuthering Waves, since everything in her kit indicates she will need a high investment when it comes to her teams and builds. Additionally, as of her release inWuWa2.2, Cantarella doesn’t have a dedicated DPS that fully synergizes with her kit, so she’ll have to settle for being second or third best in some establishedteams inWuthering Waves. For example, she could replace Zhezhi or Verina in Jinhsi’s best team.

3Cantarella + Jinhsi + Verina
As of her release, this is the best team for Cantarella inWuthering Waves. While Jinhsi already has Zhezhi as her best pair, Cantarella is a viable replacement if players don’t own Zhezhi. Most of Jinhsi’s DPS comes from her Resonance Skill, so she will benefit from Cantarella’s Outro Skill.
Jinhsi mostly benefits from her team triggering coordinated attacks, which is what Cantarella and Verina will be doing the entire fight. Not to mention, Cantarella has a really high DPS while filling her Concerto energy, which really further improves her claim to be part ofJinhsi’s team inWuthering Waves. Similarly, players can swap Verina with Cantarella instead of replacing Zhezhi.
Team Role
2Cantarella + Havoc Rover + Shorekeeper
Cantarella buffs the next character’s Havoc and Resonance Skill with her Outro Skill. It’s a strong buff but doesn’t really have any character that desperately needs it, sincemost Havoc characters barely deal DMG with their Skills. The best characters to make the most of this buff are Roccia and Havoc Rover, who have a balanced DMG spread across all their kit. So, they’ll make the most of Cantarella’s Havoc buff and slightly benefit from her Resonance Skill buff.
Shorekeeper is a universal buffer that increases the DMG of both Rover and Cantarella. She will also help heal the team alongside Cantarella while barely taking any field time. Despite not being perfect, it’s still a good team for Cantarella inWuthering Waves. You can even go full F2P on this Cantarella team by adding supports like Baizhi instead of Shorekeeper.
1Cantarella + Carlotta + Shorekeeper
All of Carlotta’s important attacks directly scale with her Resonance Skill, which means all her DMG comes from there. You can add Carlotta to Cantarella’s team to create a synergy between the two characters, where Cantarella can buff Carlotta’s Resonance Skill by 25%. Not only that, but Cantarella will also heal and coordinate her attacks with Carlotta to deal high off-field DMG alongside Carlotta’s crazy DMG.
The pair is only missing a character like Shorekeeper or Verina, who will increase the team’s DMG while providing enough sustainability. Of course, Zhezhi is still thebest support for Carlotta, but you can still team Cantarella with Carlotta if Zhezhi is not available.
