Summary

In theSolo Levelinguniverse, dangerous monsters await the hunters at every turn, and even a split-second hesitancy could be the difference between life and death.As Sung Jinwoo undergoes reawakeningand constantly evolves with each battle, he faces monsters of all ranks.

While some are ruthless killers who are tough to defeat, there are a few who stand no chance against Jinwoo’s superior powers and his shadow army. Among the many enemies he defeated, these examples are perhaps the weakest.

1Ice Bears

Snow Folks From Red Gate

After a relatively harmless C-rank dungeon turned into a Red Gate, Sung Jinwoo, along with several hunters, was stuck inside. After the raider leader went on his own path with the top hunters,Sung Jinwoo and his groupwere left to fend for themselves.

I will protect my family even if it means turning all the hunters in the world against me.

Jinwoo not only provided people on his team with warm clothes and food, but he also took the responsibility of fighting any monster that they encountered on his own. Ice Bears were the first to attack Sung’s group but to no avail. Jinwoo was too strong for the enemy. He slaughtered every last Ice Bear in the Red Gate with the help of his shadow army and turned them into his minions. The battle was so one-sided that one could even describe it as a ruthless massacre.

2Giant Arachnid Buryura

Boss Of C-Rank Dungeon

In the Dungeon and Lizards arc, Sung Jinwoo and Yoo Jinho were betrayed by a strike team and left to fend for themselves against the C-rank dungeon boss, Giant Arachnid Buryura. Yoo Jinho volunteered to fight the monster, but Sung took matters into his own hands. Apart from being surprised by one of his attacks, the battle was fairly one-sided.

3Metus

The Dangerous Necromancer Demon

Metus was an intimidating monster who ruled Demon Castle’s 75th floor.As a necromancerreferred to as the Guide of the Departed Souls, he possessed frightening powers.

When Jinwoo and Metus came face-to-face, the necromancer summoned his undead army to kill the intruder. Unfortunately, Sung was too powerful for him and finished the battle with ease.

4Vulcan

Ruler Of The Lower Floors In Demon Castle

Vulcan was anS-rank magic beastand the boss of Demon Castle’s 50th floor. He was surprisingly agile despite being as tall as a building and morbidly obese. Although he was strong and resilient, Sung Jinwoo easily defeated the demon in just a few attacks.

5Kim Chul

In the Red Gate arc, White Tiger Guild’s A-rank hunter, Kim Chul, abandoned weak hunters to prioritize his survival. But his decision backfired as his group was mercilessly slaughtered while Sung Jinwoo kept his group warm and well-fed.

The System uses me, and I use the System.

When Chul eventually learned that Sung’s group had thrived while his peers were savagely hunted, he was overcome by a fit of rage and attacked Jinwoo. Despite being busy fighting Baruka, Sung instructed Igris to kill Chul, and he turned him into Iron.

6Hwang Dongsoo

A Burning Desire For Revenge Led To Dongsoo’s Death

When Sung Jinwoo was invited to America by the Federal Bureau of Hunters for the International Guild Conference, he took Yoo Jinho with him. Despite being warnedby National Level HunterThomas Andre, Hwang Dongsoo was determined to avenge his brother’s death.

When he got the opportunity, Hwang kidnapped Jinho and beat him black and blue. Jinwoo was understandably enraged by the incident and soon managed to track down Dongsoo. Despite Thomas Andre’s best efforts, nothing could stop Sung, and he killed Hwang, adding him to his shadow army.

7Esil Radiru & Her Knights

Sung Jinwoo Easily Conquered Radiru Clan’s Stronghold

When Sung Jinwoo reached the 80th floor of the Demon Castle, he noticed an anomaly. Unlike previous floors, his progress was suddenly stunted, and he realized that someone was strategically attacking his shadow army.

If I don’t kill, I will be killed. I can’t run away anymore.

After Jinwoo confronted these insurgents, he quickly defeated the knights, leaving their leader to fend for herself. The victory was quick and decisive,with Esil Radiru surrenderingand revealing her true intentions. Eventually, she ended up joining Jinwoo on his journey to meet Baran, the boss of the Demon Castle.

8Hwang Dongsuk & His Raid Team

Betraying Jinwoo Proved Costly

To make a quick buck and also acquire experience points,Sung Jinwoo decided to join a strike teamled by Hwang Dongsuk. The C-rank dungeon was expected to be relatively less challenging, and at first, everything appeared to be going smoothly. But Hwang Dongsuk and his team turned out to be Lizards who took advantage of their collective power to commit crimes in dungeons and monopolize all the profits.

When push came to shove, Sung Jinwoo was forced to fight the entireraid team by the System, with the warning that failure would lead to his death. Already frustrated by the betrayal, Jinwoo single-handedly killed Dongsuk and his peers without breaking a sweat. Sung was swift and unforgiving throughout the onslaught, eliminating each hunter with brutal attacks.
