Honkai: Star Rail Leak Details Cipher’s Signature Light Cone

A leak shared by prominent HoYoverse leaker Shiroha is providingdetails about Cipher’s signature Light Cone’s effects. Cipher’s Light Cone will provide a Crit Rate bonus at a flat rate, similar to other Light Cones which provide raw stat boosts alongside their special effects. The Light Cone’s unique ability benefits characters relying on their Skill for their main damage source, shredding an enemy’s DEF when hit with a Skill from the wearer and receiving a boost if it was a critical hit.Cipher is rumored to releasealongside her signature Light Cone with Version 3.3 on May 23.

Cipher’s signature Light Cone looks to provide a versatile bonus for a wide range of DPS characters withinStar Rail. With Cipher expected to be a Nihility character,damage-oriented Nihility characters like Acheronand Kafka could make effective use of the Light Cone’s unique buffs.
