There have been reports thatHyacine may be joined by Cipher inHonkai: Star RailVersion 3.3’s banner. Cipher is described as a catlike being from Dolos, who uses her godlike speed to steal valuable items around Amphoreus. Leaks claim that she might be a 5-star Quantum-type character following the Path of Nihility, which would make her a viable DPS or sub-DPS with attacks that deal damage over time (DOT), as well as have the ability to debuff enemies.Honkai: Star Railhas yet to confirm Cipher’s launch, but fans will likely find out about the second banner character very soon.
