How to Find Lunchboxes in Atomfall

Lunchboxes are hidden beneath the soil inAtomfall, so players will need to find a tool to hope scope them out, as digging holes all over Casterfell Woods simply won’t be fruitful. Thankfully, there are two locations from which you cangrab aMetal Detector, the essential item for locating the lunchboxes.

Players can acquire a Metal Detector either from the trader Molly on the western side of Slatten Dale, or loot one from a dead body on the eastern side of the district. Once in possession, the Metal Detector icon will pop up whenever you are close to a lunchbox or cache. Simply scan with the tool until the meter reaches 10, then press the indicated button to uncover the lost item under the ground.

The Interchange

This one is directly under the Central Processor, so players will need to go down to ground level from the Medical side of The Interchange. Head to the center, towards Oberon’s entrance, then veer towards the Robotics side and grab the lunchbox from the train carriage blocking the way.

This one is tucked in a narrow alley alongside the entrance to Robotics (from the ground floor, wherethe B.A.R.D. robotsare patrolling). From the entrance to Robotics, take a left, then left again and continue until you reach the wall.

How To Get the Interchange Lunchboxes

Two Lunchboxes in particular are a little trickier to find, as they do not have coordinates that you may refer to, and they require far more story progression than the others in the game. Both of these require players to find more than oneentrance to The Interchange, to open the facility up more for discovery.

The first Lunchbox is directly below the Central Processor, where youfirst use an Atomic Battery, and will require that players open the Medical ward in The Interchange. Once this is done, you can proceed down the stairs to the bottom floor and towards the lunchbox. To find it, venture to the bridge that leads to Oberon and the Robotics wing on the opposite side, and continue towards Robotics until you are blocked by a train car. You’ll find the lunchbox there.

The second Lunchbox is at the same level, but will require an approach from the Robotics wing. Once at ground level, avoid the patrolling B.A.R.D. robots and sentry guns, and walk toward the double yellow doors to Robotics. Before you reach the doors, however, take a right and a quick left, and continue down the narrow passage until you hit a dead end, where you will find the Lunchbox.
