The Invincible War spanned 3 days and saw 18 alternate-dimension variants of Mark Grayson head to this Prime Earth to ravish it with their power. The Invincible War was catastrophic, causing mass devastation and death across major cities around the world, and tarnishing the name ofInvincibleforevermore thanks to Angstrom Levy’s twisted hatred of the hero.
With 18 variants, some fans might want to know what happened to all of them and to share the fate of every Invincible variant so that there can be some closure for those who couldn’t keep track of the 18 alternate dimension versions of an evil Mark Grayson.
The fates listed below will mainly involve the comics of Invincible, but the Amazon Prime Video series will be mentioned.
18Capevincible
Sinister Mark is Left Stranded to Become a Cannibal
Capevincible is noted for his yellow and black costume and his striking yellow cape, and he’s one of the few Invincible variants to survive the war. Capevincible, often referred to as Sinister Mark, is exiled to a desolate desert planet alongside other variants after being betrayed by Angstrom Levy. Capevincible manages to survive on this planet for months by fighting and eating the other Invincibles, becoming a cannibal whofeasts on the flesh of his counterparts, until he is beaten and killed by prime Invincible and Movincihawk (Mohawk Mark).
17Sportvincible
A CW-Inspired Counterpart, Killed Off-Screen
Sportvincible is noted for his leather jacket variation of the classic costume, which seems to be an obvious parody of the CW channel and their love of leather superhero suits. Outside of the costume, Sportvincible doesn’t do much except get killed off-screen. However, Sportvincible is unique to the Amazon Prime Video series and is killed off-screen, with his killers being unknown. Perhaps this variant was killed by Savage Dragon, a character who features in the crossover comic, but not in the Amazon Prime Video seriesdue to copyright issues?
16Prisonincible
A Heavily Burned Viltrumite, Left Abandoned on a Desert Planet
Prisonincible is easily distinguished due to his severly scarred skin which looks like he never recovered from flying into the sun. Prisonincible is noted for his time in a Viltrumite Prison, for unknown reasons, but it’s clear it must have something to do with his sinister behavior since he wastes no time in destroying Moscow in Russia. Prisonincible isbetrayed by Angstrom Levyand teleported to a desert dimension, where he is eventually killed and eaten by Capevincible.
15Nogogglesible
Defeated the Guardians of the Globe, Then Pulled into the Shadow-Verse
Nogogglesible wears the classic Invincible outfit of blue and yellow, but without the goggles to cover the eye holes in the cowl. Nogogglesible fought the Guardians of the Globe, and much like his father Omni-Man, managed to make short work of them all and defeat them. However, Darkwing 2 sacrificed himself by pulling him and Nogogglesibleinto the Shadow-Verse, never to be seen again.
14Flaxancible
A Flaxan-Mark, Killed by Donald and Brit
It can be assumed that Flaxancible conquered, or was conquered by the Flaxan Dimension, for this variant takes to the Pentagon, only to be immediately killed in a harsh battle against Brit and Donald. The two heroes managed to mangle and destroy Flaxancible, but due to his injuries, this Invincible variant wouldn’t be suitable for the ReAnimen program.
13Movincihawk
Mohawk Mark Rules His Own Earth with Many Atom Eves
Movincihawk is an Invincible variant with a mohawk, which is why the community has dubbed him as Mohawk Mark for years. This variant fought the prime version of Invincible, and was later left stranded on a desert planet with other variants. Movincihawk managed to survive by eating his other variants with Capevincible, but he was able to keep his sanity and managed to escape when Angstrom re-opened a portal to free the prime Invincible months later. Movincihawk then kidnapped Angstrom Levy to experiment on him in his own dimension, where he would later be seen with a harem of Atom Eves while his scientists worked on Angstrom, and his Viltrumite allies conquered the world for him – only for him to be laterkilled by Robotby dropping a bomb in his mouth to destroy his organs from within.
12Hairvincible
Tech Jacket’s First Invincible Kill
Hairvincible is noted for his luscious and flowing hair, which he probably maintains in between conquering worlds and killing people. Hairvincible was caught off-guard by Tech Jacket, a hero that doesn’t exist in his own world, which iswhy Tech Jacket is able to easily overwhelmand kill this variant since Hairvincible didn’t know how Tech Jacket’s powers worked.
11Gogglesvincible
Rex Splode’s Great Sacrifice Killed this Variant
Gogglesvincible wears oversized goggles with lighter colors, and he is in the midst of a battle against Teen Team. Teen Team was no match for this evil Invincible, and the likes of Monster-Girl and Robot were defeated, which just left Rex Splode to make the sacrifice play. Rex Splode activated his skeleton, exploding himself to kill both him and the evil Gogglesvincible.
10Capvincible
Killed by Powerplex and Made Into a ReAnimen
Capvincible doesn’t get much focus in the comics, but he’s the first Invincible that Powerplex killed once he escaped from prison (the same prison that Mohawk Mark destroyed) in the Amazon Prime Video series. Capvincible wears a blue cap to cover his hair, and he has a strong desire to kill Oliver, who doesn’t actually exist in his world, so he doesn’t know of his own half-brother. While this variant isn’t seen dead in the comics with his named killer, he is seen later as a ReAniman.
9Nomaskible
William’s Boyfriend from Another Dimension, Eaten by His Variants
Nomaskible is pretty sinister in nature, but he does have a soft spot for William after reminiscing with Maskvincible about those in their lives that they had lost. Nomaskible doesn’t have time to miss his dead boyfriend, as Angstrom Levy traps him in an alternate dimension with no food or water, which eventually results in Capevincible killing him and eating him to survive.
