Summary

When Jason Momoa was brought over from the DCEU to the DCU inSupergirl: Woman of Tomorrow, it was a pretty big deal. That’s been made obvious by the amount of hype that’s come with him when he made the jump. His arrival was also a bit of a surprise considering that the character he’s playing in Lobo isn’t one that ever makes an appearance in theSupergirl: Woman of Tomorrowcomic books. That is one of the reasons why some people might be a bit worried about Lobo being part of the project and Jason Momoa being in the film at all. However, the actor wants to verify people know there’s nothing to worry about.

Momoa has said that he has longwanted to play the character of Loboand that he even wanted to play him back when the actor was appearing in the DCEU as Aquaman. He’s said in more than one interview that he’s long felt as though he was born to play the part. He was given the chance to do so once the DC Comics cinematic universe was reset by James Gunn and now has the chance to do what he’s always wanted. He’s been bubbling over with excitement since he got the job, and in a recent interview, he made it clear why fans of the DCU should beplenty excited to see Loboand theSupergirlmovie.
