In a recent post on Twitter, NetEase Games gave players their first look at the upcoming Steam Power skin forIron Man inMarvel Rivals. The costume gives the hero a steampunk makeover and showcases a bulky, copper set of armor instead of the usual sleek red and gold color scheme. When Iron Man amplifies his power, the accessories that appear on his back have glowing coils, which fit with the theme of the outfit. He even appears to have a furnace on his chest, giving Tony Stark another way to fuel his suit. He even has large exhaust pipes sprouting from his shoulders to vent smoke.

The skin appears to include an emote where the Steam Power suit malfunctions and Iron Man gives it a quick fix. The cosmetic bundle will also come with a unique MVP screen that shows the hero soaring through the sky before his arms transform into massive energy cannons and the animation freezes. While most bundles also come with a spray and nameplate, those were not shown in the brief trailer. While there’s no official word on just how much the skin will cost,leakers claimthe bundle will be priced at 1,600Units inMarvel Rivals. Players will be able to purchase the cosmetics when they arrive in the store on March 20 at 7 PM PDT.
Marvel Rivals' Steam Power suitwon’t be released alone, as Spider-Man is also scheduled to receive a new skin called Spider-Punk 2099. This outfit gives the hero a futuristic makeover that features a digital mask and a brightly-colored mohawk. Earlier in Season 1, NetEase Games also released punk-themed bundles for Magik and Hulk, with leakers claiming that something similar will soon be released for Squirrel Girl. With so much content just around the corner and even more on the way, many fans are feeling optimistic about the future ofMarvel Rivals.
