The Mourner’s Bouquet is an item that players will get from one of the many NPCs inAvowed. While exploring the Living Lands, you might stumble upon some hidden quests that won’t be added to the quest list in the main menu. As players know,triggering a quest inAvowedautomatically guides them where to go so they won’t get lost while exploring or get sidetracked. However, speaking with this specific character will not start any quest.
Most of the time, the Envoy will need to help others in order to get some extra rewards or XP to level up. Additionally, helping others might also lead you to hidden secrets that are hard to discover while exploring the normal way. Mourner’s Bouquet Guide In Avowed
Mourner’s Bouquet inAvowedis an item related to a hidden task that can be used on a specific grave. If, by any chance, players have visited Scaedclef while in Shatterscarp, they might have encountered theMourning Thirdbornian. She’s a sad NPC that lost her younger brother and can be found south of Scaedclef, just under an arch next toa totem fragment inAvowed.
Speak with her, and she’ll explain how her brother was killed by a Dreamthrall, even though he was very peaceful and only wanted to grow flowers and be a gardener. She wishes to visit his grave to mourn him, but it’s infested with enemies, so she asks for your help. Upon agreeing, you are given the Mourner’s Bouquet to place near his grave.
Where To Find The Mourning Thirdbornian’s Brother’s Grave In Avowed
To find the Mourning Thirdbornian’s brother’s grave location, from her place, head west to arrive at some shallow ponds. Proceed west up the slope tofind a large group of enemiesif you haven’t defeated them before. Next, turn north to find the brother’s grave in the corner guarded by two Dreamthralls.
Kill the enemies and interact with the Memorial Cairn to place the Mourner’s Bouquet. The Thirdbornian will suddenly appear and start praying, and you’re able to talk with her to receive her gratitude. As it is a hidden quest, players will only get 34 XP. They can also open the chest next to the Memorial to get some items like White Steel Chunk and Petrified Wood Branch.This will ‘complete’ the quest, but you won’t get any indication, nor will the quest be added to the list in the main menu.
