His left forearm catches fire, but he doesn’t blink an eye, amputating his limb without a second thought. This sacrifice was worthwhile since Sasuke actually suffered heavy damage from the blow, showing just how strong A truly is.

Obito Uchiha is one of the most fascinating figures inNaruto,initially appearing as a happy-go-lucky characterwho makes the ultimate sacrifice to save his friends. A boulder crushes half of his body, prompting Kakashi and Rin to assume that he has received a fatal wound.
However, Madara and the Zetsu brought him back, restoring half of his body and turning him into one of the most powerful characters in the series. The eye he offered to Kakashi as a reward for being a Jonin ended up establishing a link between the duo, as the leader of Team 7 figured out that the mastermind behind the Fourth Shinobi World War was none other than his close friend.

Pain Ambushes Him And Rips Off His Arm During Their Battle
The battle between Jiraiya and Pain is hard to witness, especially given how it ends. Jiraiya was strong, butthe lack of information surrounding this villaincaused him to be ambushed by one of Pain’s bodies, who managed to rip off his arm.
It marked the end for Jiraiya, who was surprised to see Pain’s bodies regenerate as they mortally wounded him. Thankfully, he used his one surviving arm to send a valuable message to Konoha before eventually taking his last breath.

Both Kakashi And Deidara Are Responsible For Tearing His Arms Off
Deidara is a chaotic member of the Akatsukiwho uses explosive clay infused with his unique chakra to cause beautiful explosions. His arms help him mold this clay, which is something Gaara understands as he uses his Sand Coffin to obliterate one of his arms.
However, that doesn’t stop the Kazekage from being captured after he uses a ton of power to save his people instead of looking out for himself. Deidara wasn’t out of the woods yet, with Kakashi debuting his new Kamui move to tear apart another one of his limbs. Thankfully, he managed to recover his limbs, with Kakuzu reluctantly stitching his arms back together in order to help him out.

The battle between Orochimaru and the Third Hokage showed just how powerful the leader of the village is. After the First and Second Hokage are brought back by Orochimaru, Hiruzen is forced to use the Reaper Death Seal to contain their souls.
This took a lot of effort, and he didn’t have the strength required to take out Orochimaru with this forbidden technique. Instead, he decides to take away his jutsu in one final act to save the village as Orochimaru is defeated by his former sensei.

Minato is one of the most belovedNarutocharacters of all time, and fans were glad to see him make a return in the Fourth Shinobi World War.He fights side-by-side with his son and his allies against Obito, who transforms into the Ten-Tails' Jinchuriki.
However, even his immense speed prevented him from dodging Obito’s Truth-Seeking Balls, which obliterated both his arms and prevented regeneration. Thankfully, even without his arms, Minato could hold his own in combat, showcasing why he was revered by many as the Fourth Hokage.
