Sony has officially revealed all the new games coming to the Extra and Premium tiers ofPlayStation Pluson Tuesday, March 18. The monthly freePlayStation Plusgames are added on the first Tuesday of every month, while the new Extra and Premium games are added in the middle of every month.

Out of all the new PS Plus Extra and Premium game additions for March 2025, a few really stand out from the pack. On the PS Plus Extra side of things,Prince of Persia: The Lost Crownis likely to be the best-received new additions.Prince of Persia: The Lost Crownreviews were mostly positive, with many praising the game as a successful Metroidvania-reinvention of thePrince of PersiaIP. Acclaimed for its challenging combat and rewarding exploration,Prince of Persia: The Lost Crownshould make a fine addition to the PS Plus Extra lineup. As far as the new PS Plus Premium games go, the originalArmored CorePS1 games should prove to be a fun trip down memory lane.
I would also like to highlight the addition ofBang-On Balls: Chronicles. While it may be fairly obscure compared to the other new PS Plus Extra and Premium games for March 2025,Bang-On Balls: Chroniclesis a fun co-op experience, especially for fans of 3D platformers. It’s an underrated game and hopefully it being a part of the PS Plus lineup for March 2025 means a lot more people will get to try it for themselves.
