After a lightning bolt appears, the LEGO and Pokemon logos do as well. “Get ready to electrify your imagination in 2026,” the post’s text reads, and while this confirms a LEGO Pikachu set for 2026, fans are curious to see what other popular characters may be making their way to shelves. Many speculate that more popular Pokemon like Charizard and Blastoise will accompany the iconic Electric-type mouse, while others have voiced their desire for LEGO promo cards as well. While plenty ofnewPokemoncontent is coming in 2025, next year will mark the franchise’s 30th anniversary, making it the perfect time to release this long-awaited crossover.
Pokemon LEGO Sets Coming in 2026
Several well-received LEGO sets inspired by popular gaming franchises have been released in recent months. Earlier in March, aLEGOMario Kartset was officially revealed, with the detailed set boasting nearly 2,000 pieces and coming in at an eye-watering $169.99. Rumors also indicate that a LEGO Nintendo Game Boy set will be released later this year, reimagining the classic console in a whole new way.
