Loki’s Legendary Weapon Ragnir
When Loki was first introduced inOne Piece, it was quite easy for the fans to see that he held a unique weapon. Although it was difficult to see clearly due to the chains he had on him, Oda made sure to leave enough room in order for the fans to be able to tell that he held a Warhammer.As Loki was freed by Luffy and Zoro, it was then made quite clear that he was actually the wielder of a hammer. Loki’s hammer isn’t just any hammer in One Piece. It is actually a legendary hammer called Ragnir. The power of the hammer is such that everyone in Elbaf is terrified of its potential.

Loki utilized its power inOne Piecechapter 1141, and it was absolutely terrifying. This hammer seems to be based off of Mjolnir, the legendary hammer of Thor from Norse mythology. It is capable of generating lightning and lightning blasts at will. Anything Loki strikes with it gets struck by lightning from the heaven itself.
These bolts of lightning aren’t small either.Loki can clearly destroy big chunks of a country with this power, and if he strikes it enough times, he will inevitably end up destroying even Elbaf, the country of Giants.
Why Loki Is The Only One Who Can Lift Ragnir
Loki Is Worthy Of Wielding Ragnir
If there’s one thing that fans were fascinated by inOne Piecechapter 1143, it was the reveal thatnot just anyone can wield Ragnir. This weapon cannot be lifted by everyone, which is why it was always with Loki, even when he was crucified, and left to rot in the Underworld. His weapon was always going to be by his side. This is quite similar to how Mjolnir works. As fans know, not just anyone can wield Mjolnir. Anyone deemed unworthy of Mjolnir cannot lift it.

Similarly,Ragnir cannot be lifted by those who are unworthy. This weapon possesses tremendous power, but it can only be lifted by a select few. Loki seems to be the only person capable of lifting it, and not even his brother, Hajrudin can. Perhaps, this just goes to show how terrifying its power is. Fans will surely find out more about it later down the line in One Piece.
