According to the insider, Lisa Joy and Jonathan Nolan, the executive producers, are already planning for their third season. Sneider shared: “I was told that he and Lisa Joy are a little bit busy doing Season 3 of ‘Fallout.’ Busy filming Season 2 [right now]… but I think they’re already planning out Season 3.“Sneider’s announcement is considered a pretty major update about the franchise because Amazon hasn’t officially announcedFalloutSeason 3. So, one should take the report with a grain of salt even if it is exciting news.
Fans Are Eagerly Anticipating The New Season Of Fallout
Fallout’s second season is one of the most anticipated showsPrime Videohas in the works. In October 2024, Purnell said she hadn’t gotten a script yet but was excited to get things going. A few weeks later, in November, they began filming for the second season. In February, Goggins toldDeadlinethey were “in the middle of filming it right now.” The John Bronco star also compared the first and second seasons. Exploring them on the show would be a compelling storyline as it could allow the creatives to explore ideas surrounding advanced technology and authoritarian ideologies.
Fallouthas a solid fan base built in and when the franchise hit Prime Video, it gained new fans who have little to no experience with video games. Two seasons is simply too short a timeframe to exploreFalloutas a whole, so fans will surely be delighted if a third season is greenlit.
