Sawamura isin the Ninja Villa, near the northwest Veiled Edge banner in Kojimachi.Fast travel to the banner, then enter the hut next to it. Take the rope down into the basement, then speak with Sawamura in the arena.

To get theNinja Gaidenarmor,you need to reach Bond Level 4 with Sawamura.You can do this by either giving him gifts or training with him repeatedly. For gifts, he’ll appreciate the following:

Giving him either of these should boost your Bond with him by a decent amount, though for players who really want to get the Ninja Descendant armor set, it’s best to continuously spar with him instead.

You have unlimited opportunities to fight Sawamura, and as long as you beat him, you’ll gain Bond points. For the sake of grinding, we recommend toning the difficulty down to Dawn for a faster and easier time.

While you’re at the Ninja Villa, be sure to grab the Elite Ninja sword hidden behind a rotating wall. Look for scrape marks on the floor boards before you drop down the basement hatch.
