How to Craft Shocked Candy
Firstly, gamers must purchase The Kate & Berry Sweet Treats Fabricator 3000 in Build Mode to make any type of Candy inThe Sims 4. They will find it in the Kitchen Appliances tab, and they can buy it for 300 Simoleons. However, there is an additional requirement to make Shocked Candy, as the Mischief Skill comes into play here.
To make Shocked Candy inThe Sims 4, players need The Kate & Berry Sweet Treats Fabricator 3000 and Level 5 of the Mischief Skill.
Players can level up the Mischief skill by performing mischievous interactions on the social menu or on the computer, receiving a Mischief Mentorship, or attending Skill Classes.
While the former grants happy moodlets, such as Candy Brain, the latter makes Sims feel playful and grants unique powers. Shocked Candy recipes are the same asCandy recipes inThe Sims 4, and they cost the same to make. So, whether gamers should craft regular Candy or Shocked Candy depends on whether or not they want to feel Platful and gain access to certain abilities.
Shocked Candy Effects
When Sims eat Shocked Candy inThe Sims 4, they receive theShocked Giggles moodlet, which lasts for three hours and boosts the Playful mood by +3. If players want to practice the Comedy Skill or any other skills that are boosted when feeling Playful, eating Shocked Candy is an easy way to do it. However, Sims should be careful engaging in Playful interaction while they have this moodlet, as they coulddie from laughter.
Additionally, players under the Shocked Giggles effect get to use theBring the Lightning interactionwhen outside, which causes a bolt of lightning to strike near a location - a very fun way to cause chaos.
