Summary
Two Point Museumis one of the most eccentric management games out there, and few things demonstrate this as well as the Botanical Exhibits. From edible sausage firs and cake-fruiting bonsai to sunbed flytraps and iridescent canopies, these items will certainly impress your visitors, but as living specimens in their own right, theyoften demand a bit more maintenance too.
Though Botanical Exhibits are their own distinct category, there is often an overlap between them and other themes such as Prehistoric, Supernatural, Science, etc. This means that Botanical items can bedisplayed either as their own distinct collectionor as accompanying pieces to other exhibits. Overall, there is no right or wrong way to arrange your Botanical exhibits, but there are certainly some Exhibits that are more valuable than others.
10Folding Chaptrap
Not The Best Place To Sit
The Folding Chaptrap is one of the first botanical items you’ll be able to unlock in Two Point Museum, but it’s by no means an inferior item. This interactive display will satisfy guests' Entertainment and Buzz but might come at the cost of a little Energy.
This tropical exhibit will need both a heater and humidifier to keep it healthy, as well as a good amount of attention from botanical experts. A pristine specimen can easily make it one of the more popular exhibits, and it makesa great centerpiece for tropical displays in general.
9Flagon Fruit
A Nourishing Milk Plant
The Flagon Fruit is one of the first edible botanical exhibits you will come across, and provides the usual combination of Buzz and Entertainment, while also satisfying guests' Drink needs.
The exhibit is certainly a good piece to display in your botanical exhibits, but keep in mind that, justlike vending machines or coffee stands, edible plants will also increase the Toilet need of your guests, so think about that when considering the placement of this particular exhibit.
8Stink Plant
Delights When Maintained
The Stink Plant might not sound like a particularly appealing exhibit, but guests will love it provided it is kept well-watered. The plant gets its name due to the fact that, when dehydrated, it lets off an odorous stench whichnauseates both guests and staff members alike.
Although it might not initially be a hugely popular attraction, with the right perks and a good enough condition (Epic or Pristine, ideally) it will be a hugely popular exhibit. The sock-covered plant will also need a hot and humid climate to avoid turning pongy.
7Dancing Tree
A Sapling With A Hula Hoop
The Dancing Tree is certainly one of the more lively botanical exhibits to display. It circles in continual hula-hoop motions, which will entertain guests but may cause them to lose energy when they attempt to imitate it.
The advantage of this particular exhibit lies in its good Buzz and Knowledge attributes, which can be maxed out to pretty high levels. The Dancing Tree will require both a hot and humid climate, much like its other tropical counterparts.
6Syrup Tree
A Solid Exhibit To Satisfy Visitors
The Syrup Tree is one of the first edible exhibitions you will unlock, but it is also one of the most valuable. Withgood potential for Buzz, Knowledge, and Decoration, the Syrup Tree really hits every target, and will also satisfy the Food need of those who interact with it.
With no special temperature requirements, the exhibit can be placed just about anywhere and can be particularly advantageous in busy locations such as near entries/exits or other busy walkways.
5Cake Plant
A Favorite Among Hungry Guests
The Cake Plant is a more advanced edible exhibit which will be slightly tougher to acquire but will reward guests with a high amount of Buzz as well as satisfy their other visitation needs. Overall, it is a great addition to any collection in a neutral temperature setting.
Like the other edible exhibits, it can be a good idea to have a toilet nearby. Guests who eat from the Cake Plant or other likewise items will have their toilet needs increased, even if their Food, Drink, Energy, and Entertainment needs might be met.
4Blooming Buffoon
Fun For All Guest Types
The Blooming Buffoon is an interactive botanical exhibit that guests can even climb inside before being spat out into the air - providing them with Entertainment as well as Buzz. Thestrange design of this plantis said to have inspired the shape of circus tents.
The downside to the Blooming Buffoon is its tropical requirements. It will need both heat and humidity to survive, as well as regular watering. It is worth adding these installations, though, as the plant has one of the highest maximum Buzz ratings out of any botanical item.
3Aurora Arborealis
An Ice Age Relic With Several Bonuses
The Aurora Arborealis is a cold-climate tree with a natural light show shimming across its surface like the Northern Lights. This popular exhibit is sure to drawplenty of attention and donations from guests.
This particular exhibit has a cold climate requirement, meaning you will need to place it near a Wall Freezer or similar cooling device. The tree can make an excellent centerpiece either in a botanical exhibit or as part of a prehistory collection featuring other frozen exhibits.
2Evergreen Weiner Tree
A Slightly Disturbing Meat Plant
The Evergreen Weiner Tree is an edible plant item that provides guests with the usual fulfilments of Buzz, Knowledge, and Decoration, but it also fulfills their food requirements if they choose to interact with it.
Like many of the interactive exhibits, the Evergreen Weiner Tree is likely to entertain your guests and can work as a great substitute for vending machines if placed strategically. The other advantage of this particular plant is that it can be placed anywhere without temperature requirements.
1Cliffhanger Plant
A Towering Exhibit Worth Its Weight
The Cliffhanger Plant is one of the more valuable exhibits in the game and as a result, may be a target for thieves. However, it supplies guests with a good amount of Buzz and Knowledge when it is surrounded by the right items.
Guests may spend slightly longer at this larger exhibit, giving any perks you have applied slightly longer to affect your guests. Though the Cliffhanger Plant will need water to survive, it has no other special temperature requirements and can be placed in most rooms.
