Beginning Friday, April 25, and running select nights through July 12, 2025, Fan Fest Nights invites guests to “Really Go There,” not just throughUniversalattractions and entertainment, but through a creatively curated dining experience that spans seven beloved universes.
Executive Chef Julia Thrash has masterminded a dazzling menu for the event, drawing inspiration directly from the storylines and characters of each franchise featured duringFan Fest Nights. Whether trekking through the stars withStar Trek, facing dragons inDungeons and Dragons, or powering up in Super Nintendo World, guests will find themed dishes and drinks designed to heighten the immersion.
Star Trek: Red Alert brings galactic flavor to Quark’s Café at Hollywood & Dine. From Klingon Targ Legs to Tribble Truffle Trio, the offerings combine quirky names with high-concept culinary twists. At the nearby 10 Forward Bar, guests attending theUniversal after-hours eventcan sip on Romulan Ale or the glittery green Orion Hurricane, each drink crafted to transport them to the Final Frontier. Meanwhile, Back to the Future: Destination Hill Valley transforms Mel’s Diner into a nostalgic trip through time, complete with the Flux Capacitor Patty Melt and the flame-colored Outatime Cookie. The Time Traveler’s Malt Shake promises a sweet blast from the past.
Over at Dungeons and Dragons: Secrets of Waterdeep, fans can feast at The First Roll Tavern in Jurassic Cove. Adventurous bites like the Beholder’s Brew Fondue and the jaw-dropping Gelatinous Cube dessert bring the fantasy realm to life. In addition, Magical cocktails like Eldritch Blast and Charm Person offer a potent finish. The Wizarding World of Harry Pottergets a spellbinding menu at Three Broomsticks, including a Hogwarts house-themed Cornish Pasty, Sunday Roast, and the Golden Snitch dessert. Magic Neep Cart and Florean Fortescue’s Ice-Cream also offer enchanting churros and soft serve treats inspired by Hogwarts Houses and creatures. In addition, Super Nintendo World joins the celebration with two exclusive Yoshi-themed items at Toadstool Cafe: Yoshi’s Fettuccini Alfredo and Yoshi’s Smoothie, packed with vibrant flavors and whimsical presentation.
