Star Trek: Red Alert brings galactic flavor to Quark’s Café at Hollywood & Dine. From Klingon Targ Legs to Tribble Truffle Trio, the offerings combine quirky names with high-concept culinary twists. At the nearby 10 Forward Bar, guests attending theUniversal after-hours eventcan sip on Romulan Ale or the glittery green Orion Hurricane, each drink crafted to transport them to the Final Frontier. Meanwhile, Back to the Future: Destination Hill Valley transforms Mel’s Diner into a nostalgic trip through time, complete with the Flux Capacitor Patty Melt and the flame-colored Outatime Cookie.
