Released in September 2023,Lies of Phas a similar dark fantasy aesthetic toDark Souls,Bloodborne, andElden Ring, but its source material sets it apart, being a gothic take on the story of Pinocchio. Along with its unique premise,Lies of Poffers some of the most responsive combat the Soulslike genre has ever seen, and contains some memorable enemy and boss designs. And despite being almost two years old, there’s never been a better time to play it.
