It seems that Xbox does some sort of custom Xbox console or controller giveaway for nearly every major video game release these days. Recently, Xbox made a golden Series X console along with a controller adorned with colored jewels for the face buttons in celebration of Bethesda’s highly praisedIndiana Jones and the Great Circleback in December. Xbox even does crossovers with popular TV series and movies, as it did a custom controller forSeason 2 ofSquid Game, and a pair of hilarious and cheekyDeadpool and Wolverinecontrollers last summer in time for the film’s release.
Now, Xbox is doing yet another custom console giveaway, this time in collaboration with the imminently releasingAtomfall. Xbox UK took to Twitter to reveal the look of the Series X console and controller. In-theme withAtomfall’s post-apocalyptic world, the Xbox is a rusty brown color with “Keep Out” painted on the side. The front of the box is adorned with the logo of the in-game science organization known as B.A.R.D., which stands for British Atomic Research Division, who serve as an antagonistic force within the world ofAtomfall.
